Dictionary: Db Major Pentatonic Scale

The D-flat major pentatonic scale is convenient to use for improvising solos and composing melodies over a D-flat major chord progression, especially if you are unsure whether to use the Lydian, Ionian, or Mixolydian mode at any given moment.  It's almost foolproof in that manner.

Dictionary: C# Major Scale

With seven sharps, and containing the somewhat complicated notes E# and B#, you should avoid using the C# major scale.  You should use the enharmonic Db major scale instead.  In case you want to live dangerously, here it is:

Lesson #47: Power Chords in C# / Db (Guitar, Beginner)

Power chords in C# (seven sharps): C#5, D#5, E#5, F#5, G#5, A#5, and B#5.

Power chords in Db (five flats): Db5, Eb5, F5, Gb5, Ab5, Bb5, and C5.

Technically, the B#5 or C5 should have a diminished (flattened) fifth, but let's not let that get in the way of a potentially awesome power chord riff!

Obviously, we've mixed and matched both in the chord charts below, as both keys are enharmonic with the other:
