Chord "Deux" Jour Challenge: Early December Break

The Chord "Deux" Jour Challenge means learning or expanding upon two chords per day for 49 days. Check out the full list here.

I'm taking four days off from this blog to complete a relatively large project. I apologize for the delay. In the meanwhile, check out the Thanksgiving entry and any and all previous posts.

TL;DR version:

Guitarists, learn a handful of open chords. Then learn a handful of barre chords (and where to play and name them). Now you have a solid foundation when it comes to chords.

Keyboardists, the triad formula is 1-3-5. The 7th chord formula is 1-3-5-7. Learn about intervals -- major, minor, suspended, added, perfect, imperfect, diminished, augmented, etc. -- and now you have a solid foundation when it comes to chords.

Two chord maps on Friday. Cheers!
