From this three-flat scale, we can derive the modes Eb Ionian, F Dorian, G Phrygian, Ab Lydian, Bb Mixolydian, C Aeolian, and D Locrian.  In the table below, you'll find the usual chords to the left, and triads for transition and/or exploration to the right:
