On the rare occasion you find yourself in a scale that contains the F-flat and A double-flat notes, the D-flat diminished chord might be useful. For most other situations, the C#dim chord might be the better name to use.

Dictionary: C#dim Chord
You might look at the C# diminished chord as an A7 chord, without the A note. Here's an alternate, non-C?-E?-G? spelling of the chord, which might work for certain scales:
